When life gives you lemons, you ask for something higher in proteins. Protein plays an important role in keeping us well. Protein deficiency causes many diseases. It can also be cause of cancer. The average adult needs a minimum of 0.8 grams of protein per Kg of body weight per day. Let’s take a look at some protein rich foods & how they keep our body healthy through this blog.
